Sell the coating once. Then keep the car coming back.

“How much for a detail?” means something different to every customer. Interior only, a full detail, paint correction, a 5-year coating. Some want you in their driveway, some come to the shop, and the money is in the ones who come back for the maintenance wash. MinerOp keeps the packages, the car and the customer in one place.

What lands in your texts

Sound familiar?

The parts of the week that cost you jobs.

The “how much for a detail” text

No photos, no idea if it is a minivan with three kids in it or a garage queen. You ask, they go quiet.

Photo Quote asks for the photos and what they want. You see the condition before you price it, and they get an email confirmation right away.

Packages nobody reads

Your packages are on a menu board and a website page. Customers still text to ask what the difference is.

Send your packages as options on one estimate, with add-ons like pet hair or the engine bay. They pick from their phone.

The customer you never saw again

They loved the coating and never came back for a maintenance wash, because nobody asked.

Email and text campaigns to your customer list when it is time for the next wash or a coating check.

How a job runs on MinerOp

From the first photo to the paid invoice.

In the order the work actually moves. A plan tag means it needs that plan or above.

  1. 01Photo Quote

See the condition before you price it

They send photos and what they want from your website. It lands in your pipeline with the pictures attached. You price it, nothing is priced for you.

  2. 02Estimate options

    Your packages, side by side

Interior, full detail, correction and coating as options, with add-ons like pet hair or the engine bay. They pick from their phone.

  3. 03Booking and deposit

At the shop or in their driveway

They book a slot your calendar can take and pay a deposit to hold it, for shop or mobile jobs. Deposits need Square, Clover, Stripe or PayPal connected.

  4. 04RemindersGrowth+

    Fewer wasted trips

Email and text reminders before the appointment, so you are not pulling up to an empty driveway. Text needs a business number.

  5. 05Pay and review

    Paid before you pack up

Charge the card on file when the job is done. Then send a review request with one tap while the paint is still beading.

  6. 06Campaigns

    Bring them back for maintenance

Email and text your customer list when it is time for the next wash, a coating check or a seasonal special.

Questions

What detailing and coating shops ask us first.

We are mobile. Does it work if we go to the customer?
Yes. Booking, deposits, the job board and payment work the same whether the car comes to your bay or you go to the driveway. You charge the card on file from your phone when the job is done. There is no route planning between stops.
Can I sell monthly maintenance washes?
Most shops book the next wash before the customer leaves and send a campaign to the list when it is time. Recurring maintenance plans that bill on their own do exist, but today we switch them on shop by shop and they charge through Clover only. Ask us if that fits your shop.
We use Urable. Can we bring our customers?
Yes. We import your customers and their vehicles from Urable, and from Shopmonkey and QuickBooks too. We show you what comes across before you commit to anything.
Do review requests go out automatically?
No. You send each one with a single tap, so you choose the moment. Most detailers send it while the customer is looking at the finished car.
