Turn “how much to tint my car?” into a booked install.
Half your day is the same text. What year is it, which windows, how dark, carbon or ceramic, and can you fit me in Saturday. Then the Saturday slot no-shows. MinerOp gets the car and the photos in one place, lets them pick the film and the shade from their phone, and holds the slot with a deposit.
- How much for my car?
- What does 20% look like at night?
- Is ceramic worth the extra?
- Can you do just the front two?
- Do you do house windows?

The parts of the week that cost you jobs.
The price text
Someone texts “how much for my car” with no year, no model and no idea which windows. You ask three questions back and they go quiet.
Photo Quote asks for the car, the photos and what they want up front. It lands in your pipeline complete, they get an email confirmation right away, and you price it.
The shade question
They want it “dark but not limo” and you are explaining the difference between 35% and 20% one text at a time.
Send the choices side by side: carbon or ceramic, 35% or 20%, with the windshield strip as an add-on. They pick from their phone and the yes is in writing.
The Saturday no-show
You held the first slot Saturday morning, turned two people away, and the car never showed.
They book a real opening and pay a deposit to hold it. Reminders go out before the install on Growth and above.
From the first photo to the paid invoice.
In the order the work actually moves. A plan tag means it needs that plan or above.
- 01Photo Quote
The car and the windows, in one message
They send photos and what they want from your website. It lands in your pipeline with the pictures attached. You price it, nothing is priced for you.
- 02The vehicle
Year, make and model from the VIN
Type the VIN or take a photo of it. The car is on the record, so you know exactly what you are cutting film for.
- 03Estimate options
Carbon or ceramic, 35% or 20%
Your film lines and shades as options, with a sun strip or a full windshield as add-ons. They pick one from their phone.
- 04Booking and deposit
Hold the bay with money behind it
They book a slot your calendar can actually take and pay a deposit to hold it. Deposits need Square, Clover, Stripe or PayPal connected.
- 05RemindersGrowth+
Fewer empty Saturday slots
Email and text reminders before the install. Off until you switch them on, and text needs a business number.
- 06Pay and review
Charge the balance, ask for the review
Charge the card on file when the car rolls out. Then send a review request with one tap while they are still admiring it.
Read up, do the math, see the price.

- Can customers see the film on their car before they book?
- No. MinerOp does not have a tint visualizer. What works instead: they send photos of their car, you send the film and shade options side by side, and you show them photos of cars you have already done at that shade.
- Can I quote different film lines and shades on one estimate?
- Yes. Put each film and shade in as its own option, for example carbon at 35%, ceramic at 35% and ceramic at 20%, and add a sun strip or a full windshield as add-ons. Use your own film lines and your own prices. The customer picks one from their phone.
- We also do house and office windows. Does it work for flat glass?
- Yes. Estimates, deposits, the job board and invoices work the same whether the glass is on a car or a storefront. You quote and invoice residential and commercial film the same way you quote a car.
- How do I cut down on no-shows?
- Take a deposit when they book, so the slot has money behind it. Deposits need a connected processor: Square, Clover, Stripe or PayPal. Then switch on appointment reminders by email and text, on Growth and above. Text reminders need a business phone number.
