Stage 1 or Stage 2? Let them pick it from their phone.

Every tuning inquiry starts the same way. What year, what engine, what is already on it, and what does Stage 2 cost. Then they want dyno time, and you want a deposit before you order the downpipe. MinerOp keeps the car, the stage options and the deposit on one job.

What lands in your texts
  • Is there a tune for my car?
  • What do I need for Stage 2?

Real shops

Eurocharged Atlanta in Alpharetta runs on MinerOp.

Working shops doing this exact work every day, not logos we borrowed.

Sound familiar?

The parts of the week that cost you jobs.

The questions before the price

Year, engine, transmission, what is already on it. You ask it over text, one question at a time.

Photo Quote collects the photos and what they want, and the VIN gives you the year, make and model. You have the car in front of you before you price it.

Stage options over text

Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 2 with the intercooler. You type it out three times and they still ask what the difference is.

Send each stage as an option on one estimate, with parts and dyno time as add-ons. They pick from their phone and the yes is in writing.

Parts ordered, customer gone

You ordered the downpipe and the intercooler, and the customer stopped answering.

Book the install or dyno time with a deposit before you order parts, and keep a card on file for the balance.

How a job runs on MinerOp

From the first photo to the paid invoice.

In the order the work actually moves. A plan tag means it needs that plan or above.

  1. 01Photo Quote

Photos of what is already on it

Every car on the lift, every tech

Every job with its status and the tech assigned, on one board the whole shop can see.

  6. 06Pay and review

Balance on the card, then the review

Charge the card on file when they pick up. Send a review request with one tap after the first pull.

Questions

What tuning shops ask us first.

Does MinerOp connect to my tuning software or flash tools?
No. Tunes, logs and maps stay in the tools you already use. MinerOp handles the customer side: the inquiry, the car, the stage options, the deposit, the job board and the invoice.
Can customers book dyno time online?
Yes. Set dyno time up as a service they can book against your real openings, and take a deposit to hold it. Deposits need a connected processor: Square, Clover, Stripe or PayPal.
Can I quote different stages on one estimate?
Yes. Each stage is an option, with parts and dyno time as add-ons. Use your own parts and your own prices. The customer picks from their phone and you have the yes in writing.
Can I take a deposit before ordering parts?
Yes. They pay a deposit when they book, and you keep a card on file for the balance. Order the parts once the money is in.

Money in before the parts are ordered.
