Quote the full front. Collect before you order the film.

A wrap or PPF job is a big quote built from a few phone photos, a coverage package the customer does not fully understand yet, and a car that sits in your bay for days. MinerOp keeps the photos, the car and the options together, and gets the deposit in before you order a roll.

What lands in your texts
  • How much for full front?
  • What is in a track pack?
  • Can you wrap it satin black?
  • Do you do the door jambs?
  • How long do you need the car?

Sound familiar?

The parts of the week that cost you jobs.

The quote from three photos

A customer sends three blurry photos and asks for a price on the whole car. You still need the year, the trim, the state of the paint and which panels they mean.

Photo Quote collects the photos and what they want in one request, and the VIN puts the exact car on the record. You price it from your desk.

The package conversation

Full front, track pack, full body. You explain it on the phone, they say they will think about it, and the details live in your head.

Send the packages as options on one estimate, with add-ons like coating over the film or the door jambs. They pick from their phone, in writing.

The roll with their name on it

You ordered film for a job and the customer went cold. Now there is a roll in the back nobody paid for.

Book the install with a deposit before you order anything, and keep a card on file for the balance.

How a job runs on MinerOp

From the first photo to the paid invoice.

In the order the work actually moves. A plan tag means it needs that plan or above.

  1. 01Photo Quote

Photos and the panels they want

They send photos and what they want from your website. It lands in your pipeline with the pictures attached, and you price it.

  2. 02The vehicle

The exact car, from the VIN

Year, make and model decoded from the VIN, typed or read from a photo. Every job stays with the car, so you know what is on it when it comes back.

  3. 03Estimate options

Full front, track pack or full body

Your packages as options, with add-ons like coating over the film or headlights. They choose from their phone.

Every car in the bay, and who is on it

Every job with its status and the installer assigned, on one board the whole shop can see.

  6. 06Pay and review

Balance on the card, then the review

Charge the card on file at pickup. Send a review request with one tap while the paint still looks wet.

Questions

What wrap and PPF shops ask us first.

Can customers see a mockup of the wrap or film on their car?
No. MinerOp does not make mockups or renderings. Customers send photos of their car, you send the coverage options, and you show them cars you have already done in that color or package.
Can I take a deposit before I order the film?
Yes. The customer pays a deposit when they book the install, and you keep a card on file for the balance. Deposits need a connected processor: Square, Clover, Stripe or PayPal.
Can I quote full front, track pack and full body on one estimate?
Yes. Each package is an option, and things like coating over the film, door jambs or headlights go on as add-ons. Use your own film lines and your own prices. The customer picks from their phone and you have the yes in writing.
We are on Urable or Shopmonkey. Can we move?
Yes. We import your customers and their vehicles from Urable or Shopmonkey, and from QuickBooks too. We show you what comes across before you commit to anything.
