The name MinerOp comes from "mining" for "opportunities". Just as miners uncover valuable resources beneath the surface, we help small businesses discover hidden potential and implement the right technology to thrive.
Built by Someone Who Gets It
MinerOp was founded by Phill Gibson, a nearly two-decade Microsoft technology veteran with 25+ years in the technology industry. He's spent his career architecting and deploying some of the most sophisticated technologies for the largest corporations in the world.
But after years of watching local small businesses struggle, buying expensive software that didn't fit, getting locked into systems they couldn't understand, or spending too much on products that were too complex to gain real value, he saw the same pattern over and over: small businesses deserved better technology, not watered-down enterprise leftovers.
That conviction became MinerOp: a different kind of technology company that brings Fortune 500 engineering to small businesses, without the Fortune 500 price tag or complexity.
I've built and implemented technology solutions for the largest companies in the world. But the businesses that need it most, the ones with 5, 10, 20 employees, are the ones getting the worst of it. Overpriced tools they can't understand, marketing agencies out of touch with technology, agencies that gatekeep their own data, and software that solves problems they don't even have.
That's what I'm here to fix.
